Russian media misrepresented the Czech Republic for propaganda
< Apparently, Russian journalists have decided for themselves: in the information war all means are good. And massively launched fake that the Czech parliament did not support sanctions against Russia and in general almost did not approve of the occupation of the Crimea
After the West Ukrainian authorities to discredit the new Kremlin failed, and against the leaders of Russia introduced economic sanctions, Moscow will need to find all the same, even if the alleged ally in Europe. Russian media took to accomplish this task, in order to show the citizens: the West does not speak with one voice in condemning the actions of Russia, the "unifier" Russian land has support fellow Slavs, even those more than a year are forced to be part of the "rotten" in Europe. And in this "succeeded».
Referring to the Czech media, Russian journalists distorted the original message of the decision of the lower house of the Czech parliament. The primary source of false news by Agency RIA "Novosti" - which recently changed its management, and the director was a notorious propagandist Dmitry Kiselev. It is with reference to RIA dozens of Russian sites, including - respected publications reported the fake news. Some received more cunning - referred to the radio "Prague", which was published the news about the decisions of the Czech deputies, but the text of the message is not filed the original, and in version RIA "Novosti".
However, the report of Czech Radio "Prague", to which reference and Russians said something else. In particular: "Members of the lower house of the Parliament of the Czech Republic rejected the forcible annexation of the Crimea Ukrainian Russian. They believe that in this case it is a violation of international law ... Lawmakers also supported the Czech government, which, with regard to the situation in Ukraine, intends to act in solidarity with other countries of the EU and NATO. " As they say, feel the difference.
Moreover, none of the news ticker in Russia for some reason does not apply directly to the officials representing the Czech Republic, in order to explain these nuances, not falsify the facts!
After UNIAN officially addressed to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ukraine with a request to comment on the Russian media, the embassy has decided to extend the official information received regarding the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament resolution.
