Life of Indians in times of immigrants (83 photos)

Edvart Curtis (1868 - 1952) made more than 2000 photogravure, 40 000 photos that captured the life of the North American Indians. He has visited more than 80 tribes across the United States (from the Great Plains and to Alaska). Thanks to him, the modern world has an idea about the culture and traditions of the Indians of those times. In addition, he made the order of 10 000 records speech and music on wax cylinders.

His work, perhaps made the biggest contribution to the study of life of Native Americans.
