Russia 150 years ago in color photography

Sergey Prokudin-Gorsky was a pioneer of color photography Tsarist Russia. Color camera for shooting, which took off Prokudin-Gorsky - it was his invention. His camera captured Chaliapin, Leo Tolstoy, and many well-known historical figures. Now most of the heritage of Prokudin-Gorsky is stored in the Library of Congress.
