Hot chocolate with coffee, cinnamon and marshmelou
For the preparation of two servings of chocolate (200 ml) we need:
100g chocolate (75%);
200ml whipping cream;
150ml of freshly brewed coffee;
cinnamon to taste;
2 tsp powdered sugar (if you like sweet version);
marshmelou feeding.
Heat the cream, break the chocolate into pieces. Over low heat melt the chocolate in the hot cream, add coffee, cinnamon and powdered sugar. Warm up all together, stirring constantly. Chocolate should be uniform, without lumps.
My mug in hot water, wipe dry. Poured chocolate. In each circle put marshmelou and sprinkle with cinnamon.
