On a baking sheet 1:
- 125 g butter
- 100g sugar
- 300g flour (dough rolling +)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
In the bowl of a blender combine the sugar, diced butter, egg, stir. Add the flour, continuing to interfere with the dough until it is elastic.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, one to mix the cocoa poroshek.
Both pieces of dough roll it out into a thin layer and put one on the other. Roll to roll and cut into rings centimeter.
Share on baking the laid with baking paper and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 g. Cool.
