Tunnels East Side in New York City
The grand New York project, the cost of which has already reached $ 8, 4 billion, and the time up until 2019, will connect the East Side of Manhattan, Long Island. The line will connect the east side of the airport Kennedy.
We'll show you inside the process of building one of the most ambitious projects. The picture was taken a few weeks ago, during the construction of tunnels below the main part of the Central Terminal in New York.

Building on one of the most difficult areas (Northern Boulevard), which first had to freeze the ground for lack of drawdown, put the pile and only after the installation of the tunnel, remove the support.
Construction work in Queens.
Somewhere beneath Manhattan.

Removing the rocks and earth.
Out of the tunnel.

Six years later, here will operate the escalator between the railway station of Long Island and the first level of the terminal.
