Ingredients (for 4 servings):

 - Potatoes
 - Cream
 - Garlic
 - Flour
 - Carrots
 - Bow
 - Butter and vegetable oil
 - Spices (salt, pepper mixture, bay leaf)

Preparation:

First, prepare the sauce. In a skillet melt the butter. A few minutes later there chopped garlic, so he gave up his scent. Add a tablespoon of flour, lightly fry and add the cream, stirring vigorously. As soon as the sauce thickens, add a little boiled water and spices: salt, bay leaf and pepper mixture. Bring the sauce to a boil, turn off and cover.
