Ginger helps to lose weight.



Ginger tea improves digestion, warm in the cold, does not have a diuretic effect, cleanses the body of toxins, and at the same time and prevents overeating, contributing to weight loss.
 
The classic recipe for ginger tea looks like:

 - 2 liters of water
 - 3 tablespoons finely grated ginger
 - 6 tablespoons sugar (or 5 tablespoons of honey)
 - Pinch ground black pepper
 - 4 tablespoons of lemon or orange juice
 - Mint leaves

In a boiling water, place the grated ginger. Add sugar or honey, pepper and lemon (orange) juice.
Drink to your health!
