- 1 can of white beans
- 3 carrots
- 1 bulb
- 2 beets
- 3 pickles
- 100g sauerkraut

Preparation

- Now in a bowl mix carrots, beets, cucumbers, beans and sauerkraut. Stir it well, then add the hot roasted onions. Stir the salad several times until it cools to room temperature. Put it in the fridge for an hour so that it is well soaked. You can taste it. Although cucumbers and beans are already salty on their own.
