Salad with olive ingredients
- 200g champignon
- 300g chicken breast
- 200g canned corn
- 200g canned peas
- 150g pickles
- 150g seedless olives
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Let's prepare our ingredients. Clean and chop the mushrooms first. Below will be a video in which the hostess shows how to properly clean mushrooms. Then roast the mushrooms in a dry pan.
- While the mushrooms are roasting, prepare the chicken breast. Cut it in small pieces. Then also send to the dry pan separately from the mushrooms. You need to evaporate the moisture from the meat. Burn it until it's a little brown. When the chicken is almost ready, add some salt to it. Make sure the meat doesn't burn.
- Send the chicken to cool. In the meantime, you can cut cucumbers. It is not necessary to grind, let there be large pieces.
- The highlight of this salad is olives. You can take the cuts right away. If they don’t, then cut them with rings.
- Now in a large container mix toasted mushrooms, chicken and sliced cucumbers. Add canned peas and corn. Don't forget the olives. Now you can salt a little and pepper the salad. But don’t overdo it with salt, because almost all the ingredients are already salty. Add the pepper to taste. Make the salad mayonnaise and stir.
