Even if the entire repair process is left to an overexperienced team of workers, you still need to spend extra time coordinating with them and solving related tasks (for example, agree on disconnecting the entrance from water or light). Even the sale of old furniture or the already mentioned doors also requires time. But still periodically you need to do cleaning, and not only in your apartment, but also in the general corridor, and on the stairwell.



For example, you are morally prepared for repair and you can not be knocked out of rut unnecessary waste of time and money. But don't forget your neighbors. Not all of them are so accommodating to tolerate the constant howling of the puncher behind the wall. This is especially acute in the post-formal time, when many people work from home, and extraneous noises do not allow you to concentrate. And God forbid if the workers get a little smart with the electricity or the plumbing. Scandals are secured for the week ahead!



Repair is hard to brag about Yes, a person depends on society. To some extent, each of us wants to establish himself in the eyes of others. Because of this, we buy fashionable things or new phone models. Only the closest friends you invite will be able to appreciate the beauty of your home. And to interest unfamiliar people with stories about a new repair is not easy. In a few years, the design of the apartment will go out of fashion again.
