- 500g zucchini
- 2 bulbs
- 150g Adyghe cheese
- 125ml unsweetened yogurt
- 50ml vegetable oil
- 75g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Provencal herbs or oregano greens

- 0.5 tsp salt

Preparation
- Cut the zucchini. In summer, you can not remove the skin from young squash, but it is better to remove the dense skin of autumn vegetables.
- Cut the bow with thin half rings.
- Cut the oregano greens finely.
- Heat the vegetable oil in the pan. Roast the onions transparently.
- Send chopped zucchini to the onions. Roast, stir, for about 10 minutes so that they become soft.
- Five minutes before ready, add salt and sliced oregano greens. If not, use a mixture of Provencal herbs.
- Turn off the fire and let the zucchini cool. In the meantime, prepare the dough.

- Add cold vegetables to the test. Stir it carefully.

- Add cheese and sliced parsley to the bowl. Stir it up again.
- Put the mixture in a baking form. Evenly distributed throughout the volume and sprinkle on top of sweet paprika.
