Dmitry Komarov shot Kharkov from a drone and showed what the city has become

Fans know Dmitry Komarov as the host of the program “The world inside out”. We used to watch it visit remote corners of our planet and show how people live there. But with the beginning of the war, his activities changed dramatically. Now he travels around his native country and shows what the Russian occupiers have done to it. In a new report, he showed what Kharkiv looks like now.

Instagram Edition "Site" sharing this report with you.

From the first day of the war, Dmitry Komarov announced his position. He unvarnishedly talked about what the occupiers are doing, trying to open the world's eyes to what is happening. In his program he always tried to get to the truth, but now he shows the truth even to those who do not want to see it. And in his new report, he showed what Kharkiv looks like now.

He came to the city and filmed the destroyed houses from the drone, showing what the invaders turned the city into. In the description of the post he wrote: "Kharkov. Salt, as I saw her. Concerted take-off of a drone under special permission at a certain time. These are just a few houses. This is what the whole neighborhood looks like. And worse. Many houses are pierced through. And in the rest of Kharkiv there are no unfired places. The Russians want to destroy Kharkiv. There are no safe places in town. At all. I mean, not at all. You can fly anywhere. They hit with hail, art, missiles. The centre is calmer, but the risk is always and everywhere.”

It is very painful to see what a beautiful city looks like now. These are people's homes. The place where they grew up and raised their children. The houses they were forced to leave because of the war. These are homes that no one will ever return to, because there is nowhere to go back. The video clearly shows that the apartments burned out. Most likely, the buildings will have to be demolished.

This photo shows how the house just collapsed. And there is not one such house, there are hundreds of them. Dmitry wrote: “If you look closely, you can see that there are through gaps in places. I managed to make only 4 similar photos, I did not have time to shoot more, since our cars were seen from the drone, and the shelling began.

Dmitry Komarov also shared good news from the scene: From the good news – mortars, the enemy is no longer enough, because the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kharkiv and the region confidently and clearly push the inhumans further and further from the city. About a week ago, I could not walk through the open area in Saltovka for more than 7-10 minutes, immediately mines flew over us. Now criminals from the Russian Federation are no longer getting mines to Kharkov, so they hit the city from hailstorms and heavy art. Destroy Saltovka off the face of the earth. It is hard to imagine a more vile war”.

He said that some areas of the city are closed to civilians, because there is too dangerous. Not enough people. Komarov urged to evacuate those who remain under fire. It will be possible to return soon, because the defense of the city is well organized. Every day the defenders bring victory closer and without pity drive the enemy away.

The journalist appealed to the residents of Kharkiv: “Kharkiv, I love you.” I love your city. You're incredible. The enemy has no chance. Normal life, which was before 24.02.2022 will return. The Liberators, with their Z-tanks, burn infamously and run daily. And those who are now defending Kharkiv are superheroes!

By the way, this is not the first impressive report by Dmitry Komarov from the scene. There are many videos on his channel that show the horrors taking place across the country. For example, a video from Gostomel liberated from the Russian occupiers. For the fact that he is not silent, he was even banned from entering the territory of the Russian Federation, declaring him an enemy.

It is very sad to see how Kharkiv and other Ukrainian cities that have suffered at the hands of Russian soldiers now look like. However, we believe that victory will come. Peace will come to our land. And we will certainly rebuild the cities. We believe, hope and do not lose heart!
