Complex exercises for the legs
  1. Toes warm-up
    Stand up straight. Bend your toes and put them on the floor. Hold in that position for three seconds. Repeat this procedure ten times. You improve blood circulation in your feet, you forget about numbness.

    Walk on tiptoe. Make five passes lasting 20 seconds with breaks of half a minute between them. Strengthen ligaments and leg muscles.

  3. Circular movements
    For this exercise you will need a mat. Put him on the floor, lie on your back. Raise one leg up, straighten it and start making circular movements with your foot, move clockwise. Perform movements for 10 seconds. The same circular movements do the middle part of the leg, working with the knee joint, and then twist the whole leg, not forgetting to hold it straight and pull the sock. Take three sets for each leg. So you will improve the mobility of the hip and knee joints and prevent the deposition of salts in them.





  4. Pencil exercise
    Lift the pencil from the floor only with your toes. Raise your foot with a pencil, it should form a right angle. Hold her in that position for 10 seconds. Repeat the movement five times with each leg in turn. Pencil in this case helps to fix attention on the actions performed and maintain balance. This increases the effectiveness of the exercise.

  5. Tennis ball rolling
    This exercise you can do sitting while doing your work or reading a book. Place one foot on a tennis ball and roll it on the floor for 5 minutes. Do the same with the other foot. You will get a great foot massage, which will relieve tension throughout the body.
