Delicious cream for cake Ingredients
- 350g fatty sour cream
- 130g sugar
- 250g butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Preparation
- Mix eggs, sugar, sour cream and flour in a small pan. In another pan, pour a small amount of water and install a smaller pan on top (make a water bath). Stirring the ingredients with a wreath, boil the cream until thickened.
- Remove the cream from the fire and cool it. While the cream is cooled, beat the butter with a mixer to lushness (enough 10 minutes).
- One tablespoon put the cooled cream into the oil, continuing to whip the mass. So gradually combine the oil and cream. Add vanilla extract.
- Send the finished cream to the refrigerator for an hour to stabilize. The cream is ready for further work - homemade baking decorations!
