How to prepare cimes

  • 4 large carrots
  • 50g prunes
  • 50g raisins
  • 50g dried

Preparation
  1. Peel the carrots and cut them with medium-thick mugs.

  4. Add dried fruits, sugar, honey, 1 glass of water to the carrots and stir to dissolve all the sugar. You can take a little less sugar, it all depends on your taste preferences.


  5. Bring to a boil, reduce the fire, cover the lid and carcasses for 1.5 hours.
  6. Remove the lid, add lemon juice, salti, pepperchi and cook for another 10 minutes.
