- 180g sugar
- 120g semolina
- 800g redcurrant
Preparation
- To prepare the dough, mix the flour with baking powder and salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the yolks and butter. Mix the egg mass with the dry. Stir by hand or mix. Place the dough in a prepared form, pre-lubricated with butter, and distribute evenly with your hands: first along the bottom of the form, then form the sides (about 4 cm). The dough form can be put temporarily in the refrigerator, so the dough will retain its shape better when baking.
- Wash the currant, dry and clean the stems.
