  • 125 ml of milk
  • 125 ml of water
  • 110g butter
  • 140g wheat flour
  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 5g sugar
  • 4g salt


Cream ingredients
  • 400g apples
  • 200g butter
  • 120g powdered sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 30g cornstarch
  • 2ml creamy vanilla


Preparation
  1. For brewing the dough, we will use a small thick-walled pan or pot. You have to pour water and milk into it. Mix these components carefully with oil, sugar and salt.



  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then pour flour into them. Stir thoroughly and dry the dough in the oven at a minimum heat for a couple of minutes.



  3. Let the dough cool, add one egg and mix it. Say that to every egg. Smooth dough fill the confectionary bag and squeeze the eclair blanks on the pan. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.



  4. Time to make custard! Apples must be cleaned, finely cut and covered with powder. Cook apples until soft, then add to them yolks, vanilla and starch.
