But while it is the opposite: the military is not visible, doctors go to work with anxiety, resources are not enough in any country in the world. In such a situation, you need to act on the principle “In God, trust, and do not be a bad person.” The first thing you need to learn is disinfection at home.

Editorial "Site" base disinfection The famous doctor Eugene Komarovsky. Using the example of simple tips, we will tell you how to effectively disinfect things and what you should pay attention to, because much escapes our attention.

Disinfection at home

First of all, you need to stock up on antiseptics. You can buy it in the store or arrange delivery. If the moment was missed, then the antiseptic can be prepared yourself. The simplest option is a 60-70% solution of ethyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and glycerol. You can do with a simple alcohol solution, if there is nothing else under your hands. Below in more detail, all components are bought at the pharmacy or already at home. In the meantime, the rules.

The sun is your friend. Komarovsky believes that the clothes in which you go out should be disinfected for at least two hours in the sun. Handle things in the hallway, and shoes are just outside the room. Be sure to wear a mask and gloves.

Dr. Komarovsky claims that the virus can remain on surfaces for a long time. If someone touches you or coughs near you in the store, walk through your clothes with a hot steam iron.

Wash things in the typewriter, setting a mode with a heating of at least 50 degrees, you can add a little whiteness to the powder, which contains chlorine. Don’t be afraid to ruin your clothes, let them suffer better than you.

We're used to using it all without defending ourselves. Take alcohol wet wipes with you and wipe your hands with them. Share a napkin with another if you see that the person is unprotected. Such napkins can disinfect your smartphone.

And for you, I come home like this: my wife opens the door, I touch nothing. First of all, she treats my hands with an antiseptic, only after that I remove the protective mask. Then I take off my jacket and take it to the balcony.

Packages of products remain in the corridor and are processed. Disinfect every bag inside, my smartphone, wallet, car keys and shoes. My pants and sweatshirt go to the wash and I go to the shower. After that, 40% alcohol solution inside orally. But it's not Komarovsky, it's me.
