Lent mayonnaise, after which the store seems chemical slurry

March 15 began Lent – the longest and strictest fast of the Orthodox Church, which prepares us for the feast of the bright Resurrection of Christ. Since animal products are prohibited, we have prepared for readers a lean mayonnaise without eggs based on flour and olive oil.

Lent mayonnaise without eggs Ingredients
  • 125g whole grain flour
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.5 tbsp mustard
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 tables of water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Adyghe salt


Preparation
  1. Pass the flour through the sieve.

  3. Share all the water and heat the mixture on low heat. Stir constantly so that the future sauce does not burn.


  4. Wait for the bubbles to appear and remove the potter from the fire.
  5. Mix in a bowl of blender cooled mixture of water with flour, sugar, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, Adyghe salt.


  6. Whip it to uniformity.
