Lazy Salad Recipe from Summer Vegetables

Breakfast has always been and will always be the most important meal. It is thanks to a hearty and healthy breakfast that we can start our day actively and with a large supply of energy. Many people prefer boiled eggs for breakfast. Why not supplement them with fresh greens and make a salad with radish and cucumber?

Salad with radish and cucumber In summer, salads should be the basis of everyone’s diet. Cooking them is easy, because you do not need to stand over a hot stove in the heat. The balanced composition of the salad includes a sufficient amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.



The first can be represented by legumes or eggs. Beans or chickpeas are perfect for this role, because they have a lot of protein, compared to other plants. An excellent source of fat is avocado, as well as olive oil. But carbohydrates can be stocked up from a small piece of whole grain bread served to a salad.



The recipe that you will find below has all the necessary nutrients to help your body wake up in the early morning and spend the day cheerfully.



The ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 radios
  • 3 medium-sized cucumbers
  • several bundles of different greens to taste
  • 200g chicken fillet
  • 1 can of canned corn
  • herb
  • 150g sour cream


Preparation
  1. Let’s start with the ingredients that need preparation. Wash your eggs and boil them hard. Wash the chicken fillet, too, cook in a steamer or broth. We advise you to prepare chicken fillet for the future, then add to the side dish or make another portion of salad.



  2. Parsley and dill will be perfect for this salad. Wash all the greens, shake the water thoroughly and chop finely. Cube the radishes and cucumbers.



  3. The chicken is also finely cut or divided into small pieces with your hands. Cut the eggs.



  4. Mix eggs, fillets, radishes, cucumbers and corn. Add sour cream, Italian herbs and mix thoroughly. Put the salad on plates and sprinkle generously with greens. Bon appetit!





To such a salad, you can make crispy toasts from black or whole grain bread with hard cheese, brynza or feta. In this case, there will be a full lunch!
