The ingredients
  • 600g chicken fillet

Preparation
  1. Peel and wash the vegetables. Just wash the chicken breast, you do not need to cut it. Now pour the meat with water and bring it to a boil on a strong fire. Throw vegetables and make a minimum fire. From time to time remove the foam from the broth with a tablespoon. Cook the broth for an hour.


  2. After the right time has passed, do the following: set aside the chicken and carrots to cool, and you can throw away the onions, you do not need them. The broth is strained, and if there are traces of fat on it, remove them with a clean paper towel: just place it on the surface of the liquid and quickly remove it.


  3. Pour gelatin with cold boiled water and stir. Now place it in the microwave so that it melts normally. Cut the chicken with a small cube or divide it into fibers, as you like. Add the hot gelatin to the broth and stir. Now take out a deep glass mold and pour a mixture of gelatin and broth into it, about a centimeter and a half. This will be the base of the dish. Let her freeze.


  4. Mix mayonnaise with pepper and broth until it turns into a white liquid mass. Don't be afraid to make it thinner than necessary, everything will freeze. Now on the basis of the dish pour the chicken and level it in one layer. And then there's the mayonnaise. Now let this white layer freeze and decorate it to your liking, if you wish. And finally pour decoration with a mixture of broth with gelatin in a small layer, about a centimeter thick. This will create a glass effect and will be very advantageous to look at any table.




You're gonna make a chicken like that. Different layers of gelatin look great on the cut. Therefore, the mold should be glass to attract the eyes of guests or home. Despite the abundance of mayonnaise, the dish will turn out to be dietary, because most of it is chicken fillet and ordinary diet broth.



For decoration, as we said, use carrots, parsley. You can even pour olives, pomegranate grains and even tangerine slices! It'll be delicious and beautiful. Just choose the color scheme so that it is not lost on the general white background.
