New Year's desserts from retired chefs with whom the restaurant moved to our home

The height of December is the time not only to complete all the work you have started, but also to learn how to make the perfect New Year’s desserts! After all, you need to work hard to appease the hungry Bull and achieve his patronage in the coming year.

Previously edited "Site" I already told you how to make such a banana biscuit so that the good Bull stayed overnight on New Year's Eve.

But you can’t stop with one recipe, right? So today we offer you three options for festive desserts with detailed instructions and videos from the best masters of culinary business.

New Year's desserts Christmas meringue Ingredients
  • 100g egg white
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • water-soluble

Preparation
  1. First of all, egg whites must be heated so that then they are easier to beat and they form a more lush mass. To do this, put a bowl of proteins in a container filled with warm water and wait about 7-10 minutes. After that, we beat the proteins first at a small speed, and then gradually increase the speed. At the same time, slowly begin to add powdered sugar to a bowl of proteins. We beat the proteins until we get tough stable peaks.

  2. Then we divide the resulting mass into two parts. We put one aside and add food to the other. Then the merengue must be spread out into two confectionery bags. Painted in green, lay out in a bag with a figure nozzle in the shape of a star, and white - in a bag with a usual round nozzle.

After that, we cover the pot with parchment and squeeze the merengue on it, forming Christmas trees and snowmen. Sprinkle Christmas trees with confectionery powder, and then send the batter into the oven, heated to 80 degrees, for 2 hours.

  3. After the above time, leave meringues in the oven until completely cooled. This is done to make them dry properly. And we end up decorating dessert.

New Year Capcakes Ingredients for Capcakes
  • 4 eggs
  • 150g sugar
  • 120g butter
  • 10g baking powder
  • 500g flour
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 10g vanilla sugar

Cream ingredients
  • 100g egg white
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • gel

Preparation
  1. First thing we do is make the cupcakes ourselves. To do this, whip in a deep bowl of eggs with butter, add vegetable oil, baking powder, sugar (both ordinary and vanilla), and then thoroughly mix everything. Next, pour sifted flour into the bowl and stir the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. And now the resulting mass is distributed in silicone molds and sent to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

  2. Ready cupcakes are cooled and, if desired, soaked with syrup or stuffed with fruit jam. After that, it remains only to prepare merengue and decorate it with impregnated cupcakes.

  3. At the end, we decorate the cupcakes with festive powder. 511174

Holiday cake ingredients
  • 300g cookies
  • 100g butter
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100g nuts
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1g vanillin
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200g cornflakes
  • 50g powdered sugar

Preparation
  1. First of all, we grind the cookies into a small crumb. Next, the resulting crumb is combined in a deep bowl with crushed nuts. After that, we put a stove on the stove and pour cocoa, sugar and flour into it. After thoroughly mixing the ingredients, add 100 ml of milk to the saucer. Next, turn on the fire and boil the chocolate mixture, stirring it all the time and gradually adding the remaining milk. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, we turn it off and add oil and vanillin to it, and thoroughly stir everything.

  2. The finished chocolate mixture is combined with a crumb of cookies and nuts, and then we form small balls from the resulting mass. Next, lay out the blanks on a plate and decorate them with flakes, as shown in the photo below.

  3. And to create a New Year's mood, sprinkle dessert with powdered sugar, imitating snow, and decorate with sprigs of rosemary.
