Honey sticks "chak-chak".


Ingredients:
2 eggs
soda and salt on the tip of a knife
flour
honey
sugar
 
1. On the beaten eggs knead fresh dough, roll it out to a thickness of 0, 5 cm.
2. Cut into thin ribbons, cut crosswise into small pieces.
3. Fry sticks in melted butter. Boil thick syrup of water, sugar and honey (a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes viscous), cool to 70 degrees and connect with chopsticks on a plate, forming a roller coaster.
