Honey gingerbread ingredients
  • 400g flour
  • 120g sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 80g butter

Preparation
  1. Mix in a bowl sugar, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, orange peel, vanilla sugar and honey.

  3. Remove from the water bath, add oil, stir until completely dissolved.


  4. Pour the flour and knead the dough.
  5. Wrap the honey gingerbread dough in food film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool.
  6. After that, roll the dough into a layer about 5 mm thick.
  7. Use molds to cut out the curly gingerbread from the dough.


  8. Cover the pan with baking paper, put gingerbread on it and send them to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 10-12 minutes.


  9. Decorate the finished gingerbread with icing. To make glaze, beat powdered sugar with one egg white.
