Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. rice flour;

  • 1\2 tbsp. melted butter (coconut oil) or regular cream;
  • 1\4, and 2 tbsp coconut milk (completely replace the conventional).
For the filling: 1 tbsp dried figs 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed orange juice.





Preparation:

Mix the rice and almond flour, add warm oil and coconut milk, stir. Leave for 20 minutes.

In blender whisk the figs with the orange juice to a thick paste. (Remove figs have solid stems).

Roll paste into small balls and set aside.
