Amazing morning amaranth porridge with dried apricots

This great morning porridge has a strong taste and texture, which need a little getting used to. But you'll love it once you try.





Ingredients:

  • 8 apricots

  • 1 Cup of natural orange juice

  • 1 Cup amaranth

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons natural raisins

  • 1 pinch of salt





How to prepare:

Soak apricots and raisins in orange juice at least an hour.

Apricot cut into medium size strips.

Mix the fruit with amaranth and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Add salt.

Cover and reduce heat. Put planetrating.

Simmer for 30 minutes.

The consistency is viscous and weird, but I think you will like it.
