The Republic of Karelia and the Chinese energy company Sinomec signed a cooperation agreement envisaging the construction of the White sea wind power plant with a capacity of 60 MW.The new offshore wind farm with a total value of 9 billion rubles will be built near the Karelian town of Kemi by 2020.
