Fifty one million eight hundred one thousand seven hundred sixty nine

Did you know that 95% of people who give themselves new year's resolutions and not fulfilling them? The reason lies in the fact that most people do not understand the process of creating sustainable results — and they never do the first step.

The process, which I will share with you, will lead you to the start and establishment of the forces of the moment of momentum that will bring you to completion. By doing this, you will gain clarity on where you've been, where you are now and where you want to be. It will also help you to develop a simple plan to create a new year that really will make you act will inspire and guide you throughout the year.

7 steps to a fulfilling life and success in the coming year:

1. Achieve clarity.

2. Create confidence.

3. Acquire inspiration.

4. Focus.

5. Achieve loyalty objectives.

6. Create a driving force.

7. Become smarter.

Step 1: Achieve clarity.

For starters, you need to get clarity about where you really are now.

1. What you like last year?

A. What magical moments have you experienced? That was magical and extremely?

V. What you have achieved in the past year? Your achievements...

C. What events of the past year, you want to repeat next year?

2. What do you hate last year?

A. What tasks have challenged you?

B. repetition of what events would you like next year?

C. What have you learned going through these trials? Why were they incredibly valuable for you?

3. What decisions of the past year have inspired you and gave you strength?

A. What decisions of the past year were most important to you?

V. as a result, what decisions might you make next year?

Step 2: Create confidence.

Now that you know your current position, you need to create confidence about your ability to take anything and make your dreams a reality.

1. Write down everything in your life that was once only a goal, dream or desire. What big or little things that previously seemed extremely difficult or impossible to achieve or acquire, but now it's a part of your life?

2. Circle in a circle two or three items on your list that seemed the most difficult or impossible to achieve.

3. Two or three items you circled, write down the steps you passed to transform each of them into reality. Maybe you did it unconsciously, but likely something stimulated you to want them — so much so that it became attractive, an obsession for you. Whether you are focused on constantly? If you have invested a lot of emotional energy into this? To be after that? Whether you have created a plan, really? Through what steps you've taken?

Step 3: Find your inspiration.

Now that you have clarified where you were and has created a confidence about your abilities to turn your goals and dreams into reality, it's time to decide where you want to go...

1. In a peak emotional state, write down every goal you think you'd like to achieve in the next 20 years. Make sure that you include EVERYTHING that you would like to do, who to be, what to share, what to create, what to keep, what to give. Include financial goals, objectives, personal development objectives about your body, relationships, contribution — what do you want to learn, enjoy, or do. No matter how silly or unattainable it may seem, this is your chance to dream without boundaries. Let your ball pen is moving as quickly as possible.

2. When you're finished, go through your list and beside each item write the number of years you would like to spend (or think that it will take) to achieve your goal. (write 1 year, 2-3 years, 5 years, 10 years, or 20 years)

Step 4: Focus.

From your list of goals (from step 3) to enclose in a circle the top 4 goals for one year.

From your list, what do you want most? What are the main 4 goals if you could achieve them this year, prompted you to get up early and continue working on them late into the night with excitement?

Step 5: Show loyalty to the purpose.

1. For each of your top 4 goals for one year write a paragraph on why this is for you an absolute necessity? Why you simply must achieve these goals? What are the reasons that you just will achieve them, no matter what?

Remember, causes are at the beginning, the answers come later! Why do you want to do this?

2. What you have to do to achieve your goal, although you do not feel this desire?

If you have enough passion, you can convince yourself to do anything you want, but first, you have to decide what it means to have "everything".
Let's look tiger in the eye!

Step 6: Create the driving force.

Never leave the place where you set a goal, without performing any actions in the direction of its achievement.

1. Decide now: What small step will you do immediately to move towards one of your main goals (e.g., make a phone call, arranging a meeting, conduct research on the Internet, enroll in a seminar, get a coach, etc.)

2. What a big step you are determined to do immediately to achieve your goal (e.g., make a decision, throw out all unhealthy food from your home right now, to give something, etc.)?

Life will be much better when You stop to give importance to unnecessary things

Step 7: Become smarter.

To ensure that you complete started, you need to become smarter and to measure their achievements. Remember that most people giving themselves new year's resolutions, have no plan or direction, no action is taken, and then measure this next year! The more you measure something the better it becomes. You have to decide now how you will measure your progress daily or at least weekly.published
