Chicken roll with grebliunaite
- 1 small chicken carcass
- 500 g mushrooms
- packing (100 g) roasted pistachios
- 1 onion
- salt, spices to taste
Cooking
- Carefully take off the chicken skin. The meat separated from the bones and cut into medium size pieces.
- The mushrooms and onions finely cut and fry in small amount of vegetable oil. Cool.
- Pistachios cleanse from the shell, grind a little bit. Mix the nuts with the already cooled mushrooms, and chicken. Flavoring, salt to taste and stir it all up.
- Put the stuffing on the chicken skin, roll into a roll.
