3 recipe of the dishes made from apples for those who don't know what to do with the harvest

 Apple crumble



Ingredients:

  • 2 large sturdy Apple
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2,5 tbsp. butter
  • ¾ Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats (not quick cooking)
  • 1 tsp. wheat flour
  • ¼ Tsp sea salt
  • vanilla ice cream
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 °C.

In a bowl mix 2 tbsp sugar, cinnamon, butter. Mix everything carefully.

Prepare the apples by clearing them from the skin and removing the core. Cut each Apple in half. Make longitudinal incisions on the surface of apples.

Then put the apples in a baking pan, cover them with sugar paste which was prepared earlier.

Cover the tray with foil and bake in preheated oven 20 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

In another bowl, combine remaining sugar, butter, cinnamon, oats, flour, salt. Mix everything carefully.

A glimpse into the previously made "pockets" of the apples and spread the resulting mass.

Bake for another 10 minutes until fragrant. Serve with ice cream.

 

Apple rose



Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 2 red Apple
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp apricot jam
  • cinnamon
  • powdered sugar
 

Preparation:

Soak apples in water with lemon and warm slices in the microwave for 3 minutes so they become softer.

Prepare strips of frozen puff pastry, brush them with apricot jam and put in some thinly sliced Apple.

Sprinkle it all with cinnamon and roll up carefully.

Place in a preheated oven (190 degrees), and in 45 minutes you get a delicious and fragrant dessert.

On top sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.

 

English Apple pie



Ingredients:

  • 3 peeled and sliced apples
  • 6 eggs
  • 75 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 250 ml of milk
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
 Preparation:Beat the eggs with a whisk. In this case add a little milk, flour and salt.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Then put in a glass baking pan with butter and let it melt by putting the form in the oven. After that put the slices of apples.

When the butter with the apples start to sizzle, pour in it the dough. All this sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Bake for 20 minutes. It is best served hot.
