Farm for rescued animals in Chile

In El Monte (Chile) there is an unusual farm, created by the hands of wonderful people who have dedicated their lives to caring for animals.





This farm (or shelter) is called Santuario Igualdad Interespecie and serves as a shelter for animals who need assistance.





The mission of the shelter is to provide a safe and permanent home for those who are destined to be born in captivity to be killed. However, fate decreed otherwise and they were saved.





The shelter rescued Pets, the vets have the animals necessary medical care, volunteers give their love and affection.





Here live different kinds of animals, such as chickens, ducks, cows, goats, sheep, pigs, dogs and cats.





They all coexist peacefully among themselves.





An example of such a friendship between the species are the goat Camilita...





and the cat Guapija.





Camilita as well as other animals living here, were subjected to brutality by the previous owners, but despite this, did not lose his "humanity", which is lacking in most people, and gets along well with the cat. Whenever they pass by each other, they stop and exchange tokens.





Miguel and Martin have more in common than you think. Although they belong to a different species, they also live in peace and harmony in the orphanage where they were with their stories of cruelty and happy salvation.





Miguel was separated from his mother and left to gain weight before he wanted to kill and eat, and Martin was taken from cockamamy and thrown out on the street to get rid of it.

When Gaspar was saved from the hands of the knacker, his psyche was so broken that he didn't trust people and was afraid of everyone. However, every day, people from the shelter to prove his good attitude to the bull that no one here would not hurt.





And Gaspar gradually begins to realize that he is loved and he is safe.





Gaspard still has a long way to trust people, but everyone who works here, helping him achieve the peace and joy of which he was deprived.

David was born, like most of the lambs on the conventional farm. It seemed that his fate was sealed — as millions of such as he, it had to use on wool and meat.





When he was born, his mother was sick and could not nurse him. The owners of the farm decided it would be cheaper to let them die than to spend the time and money to care for them. But fate has been kind to David: a relative of the owner, who saw him, had compassion and decided to save him. David came to the shelter nine days old and received care. Growing up in a safe place and surrounded by love, he grows up healthy and happy, enjoying life.
