Concerts within the festival usually occur every day at different venues, and it's not very convenient for spectators. The municipality decided to build a single platform for all cultural activities.

The main facade with a significant area of glazing facing the fjord. The centre includes a theatre, exhibition and concert halls, cafe, restaurant, gallery and library. The roof of the building is divided into two parts and consists of two additional concert venues under the open sky. In the daytime, so there is a café and a rest area with a viewing platform. The center of the interior can be called the main concert hall and its associated two-level lobby. All other functional areas are scattered along the external perimeter of the premises.

Part of the building is a wide curved stairway adjacent to the main volume on the side. It is used as a multi-level auditorium, and urban communication element between the lower and upper blocks. Only three outdoor amphitheaters cultural centre (two on the roof plus stairs) can seat several thousand spectators.
