9 places that are prohibited for display on Google Maps (Part 2)

1. Nuclear station Seabrook, new Гэмпшир1. Air Force Base Volkel, Holland

Quite funny to see how rough this blurred air base on satellite images, however, WikiLeaks has published diplomatic correspondence, which confirms the presence of nuclear warheads on the territory of the base.

2. The power plant Indian point, new York, USA

Many members of the United States government called for a stop of power plant Indian point. In addition to environmental concerns, according to experts in the field of energy, power is not strong enough to withstand an earthquake similar to that which recently destroyed Japan.

3. Mazda raceway Laguna Seca, Salinas, CA, USA

This is one of the most bizarre examples of censorship in Google Maps: raceway Laguna Seca in Salinas, California. The strangest thing about this is the fact: it is obviously harmless racing track.

4. National Park Tantauco, Chile

For some reason, this reserve of endangered species completely cut out from Google Maps? No one knows that.

5. "The hill", a reformatory in Elmira, United States

It is a prison of the highest level of reliability in the state of new York. Perhaps, after the riots in Attica prison and several incidents of uprisings and mass escapes around the world, the authorities can really worry about the possibility of escapes by helicopter.

6. The headquarters of NATO, Portugal

This picture would be most amusing if it were not such a sinister context. Whoever edited the Portuguese headquarters of NATO, just copied another part of the earth surface over the image of the building. Very strange.

7. Nuclear area, France

We're not quite sure what means "The Marcoule site of the Commissariat l'energie Atomique", but I think that the word "atomique" is the key here.

8. Missile silos, Spain

According to one researcher, "this place is a small building with something resembling a missile silo in the middle. What is strange – this zone is not locked in Yahoo! Maps, but it's no Google Maps".

9. Nuclear station Seabrook, new Hampshire

It is believed that in this North-Eastern part of the United States is a nuclear power plant, Seabrook.
