As a result of American scientific tests, scientists have made a list of five foods that cause us to feel tired and drowsy. These products include products that are popular with supermarket buyers.

The rating of products that provoke us to lose strength and lethargy is headed by alcohol. Alcoholic beverages cause drowsiness, but do not allow the body to fully relax, since “alcoholic” sleep can not restore the strength and abilities of the cerebral cortex, – reported the US scientists.






The second place in the ranking is occupied by chocolate bars, cakes, rolls and even candy. All these sweets dramatically change blood sugar levels and weigh down our nervous system, tiring the body with sugar processing.






Third place is turkey meat. It turned out that proteins contained in turkey have relaxing abilities, which negatively affects performance.
