Who doesn't want tea?

Tea is good for health, but not for everyone, not always and not in any quantities. Some categories of people should drink less tea or generally exclude it from their diet.

Although tea contributes to digestion, but suffering from an ulcer of the stomach and the duodenum, as well as increased acidity in the stomach, patience should be observed. Therefore, it makes sense for ulcers to limit the consumption of tea and in no case drink strong tea. They are better to drink tea with milk and sugar, as well as Pu-er, since this partially relieves the stimulation of gastric acid secretion characteristic of tea.

Green tea is not recommended to drink on an empty stomach, as well as while taking alcohol. Tea with alcohol forms aldehydes, poorly acting on the kidneys. The excitatory substances included in green tea - caffeine, theobromine and theofilin - actively act on the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Therefore, do not get carried away with green tea, especially strong, people suffering from tachycardia, increased excitability, insomnia.

It is believed that hot hot tea quenches thirst well, and therefore it is useful at an increased temperature. But this is far from reality. Recently, British pharmacologists have established that strong tea not only does not benefit suffering from heat, but, on a roll, theophylline contained in tea, increases body temperature. Theophylline also has a diuretic effect, and therefore it makes any antipyretic drugs ineffective or low-effective.
