INgSOC - a futuristic e-bike of the future
As they say no need to reinvent the wheel...But if the technology is not new, it is still a bike that has the bare rim with no tire and spokes looks fantastic. This alien from outer space saw the INgSOC concept from Edward Kim and Benny Cemoli. Sharp corners and dangerous looking faces are the hallmarks of this bike.
Designers have been trying to move away from the traditional design, which served the bicycles faithfully for more than a century. They did it! According to the developers, INgSOC has the handling and comfort level the best examples of traditional design, but exceeds them in beauty and aerodynamics.Replacement battery pack INgSOC, is a source of energy for the electric motor.
The rider can choose the mode of operation of hybrid technology: to move using only the electric motor, by means of pedals, sometimes helping himself with the engine, to move solely by pedals, which lets to store energy in the battery. A special polymer provides strength to the frame to enhance this strength –fiber polymer are arranged along curves.
To connect a smartphone which can serve as a GPS Navigator, there is a place in the front part of the frame also has recessed lighting and turn signals. While this is only a concept, a real prototype of INgSOC it is planned to create with the help of Steven Mora from the laboratory of Digital Production at the University of new Mexico. Hope to see soon.
