The danger of refined foods

They can be found in all stores: the refined sugar, polished rice, semolina, refined vegetable oil. That they are not useful, scientists have warned in their studies, for a long time. But, it turns out, some of them even hazardous to health if consumed in food.

Refining – the process of deep cleaning, during which the product takes the form, convenient for cooking, for longer storage. At the same time purified from the most part of vitamins, mineral substances, as

Refined sugar – the media is empty calories, doesn't contain

• Bread should be eaten, rye, branny, or grain, in small amounts.

• Replace white rice for brown.

• Eat a limited amount of refined sugar, try to replace sweet dried fruits, natural honey, brown sugar. They contain fruit sugar, and all minerals that are beneficial to the body.
