How to make Flaxseed oil with your hands

A few months ago at the tasting unleavened bread we were offered to try Flaxseed oil, which my taste has changed our attitude to those oils that we've tried before from the store.

And recently we got the Piteba manual oil press (Belgium) for the manufacture of organic oils of different types of seeds at home. Of all the option he us like the small size, ease of installation and low cost. Simply put a conventional familiar grinder just for seeds and nuts )

And, at the end of the Easter holidays, we quickly mounted, as shown in the video, and did our first oil from flax.

In the process of the Assembly and the first pressing was actively attended by all the male half of our family, even had to skip school )

First we were unclear how it works. What to tweak, what to Unscrew and several times we watched the video. While the candle is not heated the metal and not go to the pressing process.
But when we hand stuffed, oil went to trickle. From 1 kg of flax seeds, we received about 350 grams of oil.
And the next day when the butter stood off we went to our friends at the organic bakery.

There in good light oil shined incredible light of the sun.

As it turned out in our town now no one has oil press, and the one that was broken and we collected a bunch of orders for linseed oil.

We were even provided with seeds of flax and hemp, so we made them a little more of the oil. Here's a story... and you tried oil hand-pressed? Share your impressions in the comments.
