Curiosities - a new trend: insect nutrition

Around the world, insects are increasingly perceived as a source of food for humans. And if earlier it was exotic Southeast Asia, now the trend has moved to Europe, as well as North America.


For example, in Germany, candy with insects is very popular. The high protein content and availability of capture make insects a good source of nutrition. Take a photo of a recently opened cafe in Berlin. That's just the aesthetic.
