Specialists from the Siberian Federal Center for Health Nutrition analyzed studies of the quality of products sold in stores. The result of this monitoring was a list of popular and popular summer foods that are often counterfeited and can harm health.

The list of dangerous products that pose a threat to the human body, compiled by Siberian epidemiologists, is as follows:
- vegetables: 27% contain high levels of nitrates
- Chicken: 33% of chilled chicken, according to experts, is stuffed with harmful microorganisms, the level of which sometimes exceeds safety standards by thousands of times;
- mineral water: in 50% of cases, mineral water is ordinary tap water, while 13% of mineral water bottles contain dangerous nitrates;
- Meat: 80% of the “meat” on store shelves is soybean, cartilage, animal skins and fat;
- Condensed milk: 83% of condensed milk is a mixture of water, sugar and cheap vegetable oils that do not meet the standards of preparation of this product;
- milk: 95% of milk, according to expert Yakov Novoselov, does not contain the right amount of useful vitamins, and some samples are completely dangerous for children due to the high content of lead in them;
- Ice cream: almost 100% of ice cream samples tested showed the replacement of dairy fats with cheap plant “analogues”, which, if consumed regularly, are no less harmful than alcohol.
