3 home of delicious sorbet for a hot summer



This summer we decided to embark on the right path and to eat properly. But how to give up ice cream? Very simple! No fat, low sugar and great taste of natural berries and fruits — we are preparing sorbets!

Lemon sorbet

Ultrasuede sorbet with an unforgettable combination of flavors: sweet and sour lemonade boom, light bitterness and a natural fresh fruit ice. The hit of the season!

RECIPE of LEMON SORBET Need:
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 — 3/4 tbsp. sugar
2 large lemon
lemon liqueur – optional

How to cook:

1. Carefully cut with a knife zest of one third of the lemon. From lemons to squeeze the juice.



2. In a thick-walled saucepan, heat water, sugar and lemon zest. The sugar should completely dissolve. Allow to cool to room temperature. To remove the zest.



3. Add the lemon juice, pour into a storage container and put into the freezer.

4. Stir every 2-3 hours until complete freezing. Beat with a blender until smooth.

If you want a more soft and delicate sorbet, serve immediately. Otherwise, place in freezer for another 1-2 hours.


5. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

Cherry sorbet

Just 3 ingredients, a little patience and a delicious cherry sorbet will be on your Desk! Recommended to be served with a slice of bitter chocolate.

RECIPE CHERRY SORBET Need:
4 tbsp. frozen cherries, pitted
1 tbsp. water
2-4 tbsp powdered sugar
brandy – optional

How to cook:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.



2. Whisk until smooth.



3. Move to storage container and place in the freezer.

4. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours.

5. Beat again blender. If you want a more gentle and soft sorbet, serve immediately.

Otherwise, place in freezer until firm.

6. Before serving, leave at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

Apple sorbet with cinnamon is a Classic combination of sweet and sour apples and cinnamon is complemented by charming lemon aftertaste. For adults we recommend you to add a few drops of Calvados or Golden rum.

The RECIPE for APPLE SORBET WITH CINNAMON Need:
3 apples sour-sweet varieties
1/2 — 2/3 Cup sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
Calvados or Golden rum – optional

How to cook:

1. Apples, peel and seeds, cut into arbitrarily.



2. Put all the ingredients in a thick-walled pot and put on medium heat.



3. Cook until soft apples. Blend using the blender and allow to cool to room temperature.

4. Pour into a storage container and put into the freezer.

Stir every 30 minutes for 2.5-3 hours.

5. Beat with a blender until smooth. If you want a more soft and delicate sorbet, serve immediately. Otherwise, place in freezer for 1 hour.

6. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
