Cucumber Lemonade - A Vegan Recipe



“Refreshing cucumber lemonade will save you from the heat, restore strength and charge you with positive emotions! A very cool and invigorating drink.

Ingredients for 3 servings of cucumbers 5 pieces (450 g)

Lemon 1.5.

Cane sugar 3 tbsp.

Water 2 glasses

Clean cucumbers from the peel, cut arbitrarily, in large pieces. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.



Place cucumbers and 3 tablespoons of sugar in the blender, grind.



Then strain the cucumber gruel through a sieve. Press with a spoon to get the maximum amount of juice.



To the cucumber juice, add the squeezed lemon juice and two glasses of water. The water can be cooled in advance.



Put a few cucumber slices in the jug, pour lemonade, place in the fridge for an hour. Or, if you don’t have time to wait, add some ice and pour the glass.
