Prepare pineapple chips





Today cooking is very fragrant, tasty and healthy chips from pineapple. Preparing is easy, and the result is a full-fledged dessert. Children and husband were ecstatic.





One problem: the whole pineapple on a baking sheet does not fit, and of chips at a time turned out not so much, and ate them quickly, so I had to cook in two steps. These chips perfectly satisfy your sudden hunger, and serve as the perfect complement to Breakfast instead of boring dried fruits.

We will need:

1/2 ripe pineapple

Preheat the oven to 95C/200F.



Peel the pineapple from the rind and finely chop, leaving the core. Slices should be about the same thickness. I have this has never been correctly done, hee hee.



Build a baking sheet with baking paper, distribute slices and put in oven at least 1 hour. Test: slices should dry out and slightly darken. Finally cured outside the building.
