Salad "Olivier" with crab from Ilya Safronov
It so happened that everyone in our country associates this salad with the New Year holidays. But I love it both in winter and summer, says Ilya. 200 g of Kamchatka crab phalanx (you can take canned crab)
150g boiled potatoes
2 boiled eggs
1 pickle

2 small boiled carrots
100 g of mayonnaise (preferably low-calorie)
100g canned green peas

How to cook:
1. Cut crab meat with your hands.
2. Potatoes, egg, carrots, cucumber and avocado cut in cubes. Add crab, canned peas, and tuck in mayonnaise. Stir it up.
3. Put on a serving dish on the leaves of a salad.
