Burfi using milk powder





INGREDIENTS:

200 g butter
200 gr sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
225 ml cream 35% (or homemade sour cream)
450 grams of milk powder (25%)
some toasted walnuts for decoration

PREPARATION:

1. To combine in a saucepan butter, sugar (including vanilla) and put it on the fire. Do not use only utensils with Teflon coating, as in the end can not succeed!

2. Cook, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Should get a homogeneous mass.

3. Add the cream, bring to the boil and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Pour it into a bowl and cool to lukewarm.

5. Prepare a rectangular container with sides, zastelil it with foil greased with butter to frozen burfi can be easy to get out of shape.

6. To the cooled mixture add the milk (you can first half, and the rest is in the process of whipping) and beat with a mixer for several minutes until, until the mixture thickens and the whisk will already be hard.

8. Refrigerate at least 6 hours (more is better).
