Cheese basket with squid





Our family is very fond of julienne with squid and mushrooms. But every year the same!
This year I decided to do things a little differently. Try it and you cook a delicious salad in the original filing.

Ingredients :
  • Squid — 400 gr.
  • Pickled cucumbers — 2 PCs.
  • Mushrooms — 300 gr.
  • Onion — 1 piece
  • Eggs — 2 PCs.
  • Cheese — 300 gr.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Nutmeg, ground — 1 hour.l.
Cooking.

First make the pastry .

1. Cheesegrate on a fine grater.
2. The flat bottom plates lubricated with butter.
3. Spread the cheese over the surface.

5. When the cheese is melted, take out dish and cool slightly.
6. Remove the cheese "pancake" from the plate and placed on the inverted Cup.

Now prepare the salad.

1. Squid wash, clean, cook ( prepared very quickly, just boil it). Cooled and cut them into strips.
2. Wash the champignons and cut into strips.

5. Finely chop the pickled cucumber.
6. Finely chop the boiled eggs.
7. All mix and mayonnaise.
