The Japanese technique of Kaizen or the principle of one minute
"Monday will start a new life, I will be going to the gym, engage in Budo, doing self-massage, rock press..." — each of us periodically set itself some goals and not reaching them, moves to the next month, several months, a year. Is it because it happens that we just want lot and plans piled on us a heavy load, not giving up making even a little bit.
Sometimes we used to begin to do it, but being engaged in Taekwondo for, for example, 3 times a week in the dojo for several hours, throw classes for a long time. Why is this happening? Because the load is large, because bored, and habit has not been developed.
Methodology Kaizen or the principle of one minute
There is a Japanese technique of "Kaizen", which is the principle of "one minute". The principle of this technique is that a person is engaged in a particular case exactly one minute, but day by day, and at the same time. One minute of time — it is quite small and therefore easily doable for anyone. Laziness won't stand in your way. The same actions that you did not want to perform for half an hour, coming up with excuses or justification, you can easily perform a minute.
Jump rope, do some crunches, do exercises for the eyes, to discharge kamae, read a book in a foreign language when time is limited to one minute, classes do not seem difficult, but on the contrary, bring joy and satisfaction. And making small steps, you improve and achieve greater results
It is important that you overcome uncertainty in the forces, are exempt from feelings of guilt and helplessness, feel success and victory. Inspired by the feeling of success, you gradually increase minute sessions on the five-minute and so on. Then quietly comes to half-hour classes. Progress is being made!
Kaizen originated in Japan. The word is composite, and comprises the other two – "Kai" (change) and "Zen" (wisdom). It is believed that Kaizen – a real philosophy that can be equally applied successfully in business and in personal life.

But large-scale programs, consuming a lot of energy, can break a person and remain inconclusive. And the principle of "Kaizen" fits all and can be applied to many areas of life. The Japanese, for example, using a strategy of gradual and continuous improvement in business.
