Banana bread
Banana bread is loved by both adults and children, it has such a rich taste and appetizing smell. It's a pretty simple dish and digestible for everyone, even for people with allergies. What you need:
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4-5 overripe bananas
3/4 Cup brown sugar
100 ml olive oil
a pinch of vanilla extract
1/2 Cup walnuts (chopped)
Topping:
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 Cup walnuts (chopped)

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, in the meantime taking up the bananas.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside. Whisk on medium speed speed olive oil, oil and vanilla. Gradually and slowly add the liquid mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients without stopping the mixing. Then add the bananas.
Now add the nuts. If you don't like walnuts, you can substitute any other or not to exclude them.
Spoon the batter into the oiled and floured form. Pour topping on top and place the mold in the oven for 1 hour. To check the readiness of better using wooden skewers or a knife — you need to stick and remove the skewer into the bread: if the surface of the skewers will be clean, so everything is ready, otherwise give the bread to stew for another 10-15 minutes.
