A number of talented Cambodian engineers and builders have joined forces to develop affordable and sustainable housing for local citizens.So there was a Framework House project, involving the construction of housing from bamboo and other natural and recycled materials.





Houses resistant to floods and cost only $ 2500.

To date, the project Framework House was built nine houses on the outskirts of Phnom Penh. Green buildings with gable roofs elevated on solid concrete piles.





Louvers allow air flow to pass freely through the home, facilitating natural ventilation.

The authors of the project carried out training workshops. In these events local residents will learn how to build inexpensive and sustainable housing using technologies that formed the basis of a Framework House.published
